Women's Online Therapy | Virtual Counseling | Teletherapy

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) serving women throughout Alabama and Georgia via  counseling/virtual therapy/teletherapy . For the past 16 years, I have had the privilege of working with individuals facing a wide range of mental health concerns and life challenges. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of counseling clients of all ages and backgrounds. Over the past several years, however, I've intentionally specialized in providing Christian counseling for adult women.

By building a practice centered on women, I am able to offer counseling that reflects both specialized clinical experience and a deep commitment to the population I have chosen to serve. I believe God is the author of truth, and I've often found that many of the principles supported by psychological research reflect truths that He has revealed in scripture.  The importance of renewing our minds, cultivating healthy relationships, practicing gratitude and forgiveness, developing wise habits and living with hope are just a few examples. It's one of the reasons I enjoy thoughtfully integrating evidence-based counseling with a biblical worldview.
